💰 Payment Policy

Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your spot in the scuba diving class. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.

🛡️ Sales Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment has been processed and your enrollment is confirmed.

❌ Cancellation Policy

No cancellations are permitted. Students who fail to attend their scheduled class will forfeit the full payment amount with no credit or refund provided.

📅 Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling requests must be made with a minimum of 24 hours advance notice prior to your scheduled class time. Students who provide proper 24-hour notice may reschedule their class and will receive:

  • A full credit for the amount paid
  • Credit must be used toward a future scuba diving class within one (1) year from the original class date
  • Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Only one reschedule per enrollment is permitted

Important: Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice will be treated as a no-show, and no credit or refund will be provided.
