Alexander Springs, in the Ocala National Forest, is the closest and most convenient open-water diving to Orlando — a warm, clear, shallow first-magnitude spring that’s perfect for both training and relaxed fun dives. Gentle conditions, an easy sandy entry, and fish-filled clear water make it a favorite classroom.

Calm, shallow, and forgiving, Alexander is where we run open-water training and the specialty dives that need a controlled setting — Navigation, Perfect Buoyancy, Night, and Stress & Rescue scenarios. It’s also a great spot to shake off the rust on a refresher.
